Ingredients:

1x 2x
10 oz package 16-20oz frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed
12 oz 24 oz Marinated Artichoke Hearts (canned or jars: quartered ones are easier to prep)
3 5-6 large cloves Garlic, minced *more than 6 can get spicy tasting
½ Cup 1 Cup Mayonnaise
1½   3 8 oz. packages Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp (1oz) 2oz Lemon Juice
1  Cup   2 Cups Grated Parmesan cheese (Powdered)

Directions:

Drain thawed spinach. Press in paper towels to remove moisture. Drain and roughly chop artichoke hearts.

Combine spinach, artichoke hearts, and garlic with the remaining ingredients, stirring until thoroughly mixed. Spoon into 11 x 7 x 1 ½  inch baking dish.

Bake at 375°F  for 25 minutes until cheese is completely melted.

Serve with Tortilla Chips, Pita Chips, Crackers, Pretzels or Veggies to dip.

Makes 4 cups.

Note:  If dip is in a smaller dish or one where it is thicker than 1 inch or so, it takes longer to melt/cook.
