Quiche

Ingredients:
5 eggs
Half milk/ half cream
Until 8 cup measure is ¾ full
1 heaping tsp of cornstarch
Lightly salt and white pepper
Sprinkle nutmeg

Directions:
– Mix together
– Uncooked pie crust
– 6 pieces – Stirfry bacon cut into small pieces drain and sprinkle in piecrust
– Grate Swiss cheese to cover bacon to taste
– For spinach – defrost a package of chopped frozen spinach and press water out
– Conte cheese or emmantalier cheese are good
– Pour mixture over ingredients
– Bake at 375° for approx 20 mind until set and just starting to turn brown

Yield: Six pieces per pie
