Ingredients
2 cups milk
2 eggs
½ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
½ Tbsp baking soda
2 cups flour
Directions
– Sift dry ingredients.
– Mix in other ingredients until fully mixed together.
– Let sit at least 2-4 hours in refrigerator.
– Heat skillet to medium-high.
– Cook 1-2 minutes on each side until light brown.
– Serve with favorite filling.
Tips
- Use a little bit of oil in the pan.
- Pour the ladle of batter into the center of the skillet and rotate the skillet around to evenly distribute the batter, then put on heat.
- Loosen the edges before attempting to flip.
- Flip by tossing the pan (or use the spatula like usual).
- The second side will take a little less time than the first.
- Fill with berries or other fruits, nutella, peanut butter, or anything tasty. :O)
