Ingredients
6 Tbsp butter
⅓ cup cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup heavy cream or half-n-half
1½ cups sugar
dash of salt

Directions
Melt butter over low heat
Stir in cocoa; blend completely
Add cream and vanilla
Stir until blended completely
Add sugar, salt. Blend into mixture
Bring to boil over med-high heat while STIRRING CONSTANTLY
Boil NO MORE THAN 10 SECONDS while stirring
Remove from heat and set aside to cool for about 3 minutes at rm temp.
