Ingredients: Larger Batch – Quantities increased to 21x:
4 Cups Almond Flour
1 Cup + 5 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
7 Tablespoons Ground Flax Seed
7 Tablespoons Chia Seed
2¾ Teaspoons Cinnamon
1¼ Teaspoons Salt
⅜ Teaspoon Powdered Stevia Sweetener
¾ Teaspoon Monk Fruit Sweetener
Instructions:
Mix together and store in an airtight container. When ready to make cereal, measure out a loose ⅓ cup (5 tablespoons), add ½ cup boiling water, stir thoroughly and let stand 2-3 minutes before enjoying.
Single Serving:
3 tablespoons almond meal
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1 teaspoon ground flax seed
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 pinch of pink himalayan salt
⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
monk fruit or stevia sweetener to taste (less than one scoop)
Instructions:
Stir together all the ingredients in a small serving bowl.
Add ½ cup boiling water, stir thoroughly and let stand 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Note: 1 teeny scoop from the Stevia Container = 1 smidgen, 2 scoops = 1 pinch
