Ingredients
1 cup Blueberries
1¾ cups Flour
1 cup Sugar (½ cup per Linda, but more sugar really is better)
2½ tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Salt
¼ cup Coconut Oil (warmed to liquid)
1 Egg
½ cup Milk

Directions
Mix. Fill muffin cups ⅔ full. Sugar tops. Cook 20 minutes at 400°.

Yield 10-12 muffins.
