Ingredients:
2 Cups Flour
¾ Cup Shortening
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar in a liquid measuring cup, add milk to ½ Cup Total – let sit approximately 5-10 minutes till milk curdles/ thickens
1 Dash Salt

Directions:
Combine Salt & Flour.  Cut Shortening into Flour mixture.  Add milk/vinegar mixture and stir gently till just combined.  Roll out until very thin and transfer gently into pie plate.  Cook as directed per pie recipe.  A pie crust shield is recommended to protect the edges.
