Ingredients
1 cup Organic All Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp Organic Cane Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Himalayan Salt
1 Egg, beaten
1 cup Milk
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil (liquid)
2 Ripe Bananas, mashed

Directions
1. Combine Egg, Milk, Coconut Oil, and Bananas in a large bowl.
2. Stir in Baking Powder, Himalayan Salt, and Sugar.
3. Stir in Flour. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
4. Cook on Griddle set to 300°F.

NOTE: These pancakes are sweet, so you may not need any syrup.

Yields 10 Pancakes at 4-4½ inches each.
