Ingredients:

2 Cups frozen Strawberries
1 Cup frozen Blueberries
3-4 ounces Whole Milk (substitute as desired for dairy free)
4 ounces of Water
1-2 Carrots depending on size
1 Avocado
⅓ Cup Coconut Cream (approx ⅕ of can)
1 serving Pea Protein Powder (or another clean protein source)
1 scoop TerraGreens powder
2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
1-2 scoops Miracle Reds Superfoods Powder
One dropper full of liquid stevia (to taste)


Instructions:
Add all ingredients to blender pitcher and blend until smooth. We use the smoothie program on our Vitamix Blender.
