Ingredients
2 lbs Flank Steak
1 cup Oil
¼ cup Wine Vinegar
¼ cup Lemon Juice
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
½ tsp Thyme (leaves)

Directions
1. Tenderize meat with meat tenderizer
2. Combine ingredients in plastic zip-top bag
3. Marinade 4-8 hours
4. Cook until done (red in center)

To Broil
1. Broil 2-3 inches from heat for 5 minutes on one side
2. Turn and broil for 4 minutes on the other side
