Ingredients
1 lb Crawfish or Shrimp
1 Onion
2-3 ribs Celery
Bread Crumbs
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 can Cream of Shrimp Soup (or Cream of Mushroom Soup)
2 cups Cooked Rice

Directions
– Sautee onions and celery in a little butter
– Add crawfish, cook 2 minutes
– Add soups then add rice. Stir well
– Put in casserole dish and cook in 350° oven covered for 15 minutes.
– Uncover. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Cook for 5 additional minutes
