Ingredients
¾ Cup Milk
1½ Cup Soft Bread Crumbs
2 Lb. Ground Beef
2 tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper
1 medium Carrot, grated
¼ Cup diced onion
2 eggs beaten

Topping
½ Cup Ketchup
6 Tbsp Brown Sugar
4 Tbsp Mustard

Directions
– Use half of topping on meatloaf and save half for use at the table
– Pour milk over crumbs, add meat, salt, pepper, carrot, onion, & eggs. Mix thoroughly.
– Pack into 5 x 9” loaf pan.
– Mix ketchup, brown sugar, & mustard and spread over loaf.

Bake at 300°F for 1½ hours to 1¾ hours
Serves: 8
