Ingredients
1 cup almonds
4 cups pure (filtered or bottled) water
2 medjool dates (with pits to retain moisture, unpitted)
1 vanilla bean or vanilla extract or more to taste.

Directions
– Soak almonds overnight, rise a few times in that time.
– Rinse with warm water
– Add almonds and water to blender and go for it.
– Strain/squeeze (elbow grease mama) pulp out w/cheesecloth/mesh paint strainer/nut milk bag/etc.
– Add a little milk to blender w/dates and vanilla bean/extract and whiz it up.
– Add remaining liquid. Serve cold.
